If you want to compare specific agents on the same graph in the comparative reports section we recommend first creating a team and adding those agents that you want to compare to the team.

To create a team select Tools > Teams > Manage Teams > Add Another.

Once the team has been created you can then filter by that team in the Comparative Report and you will see each agent’s performance that was added to the team.
