The reports that you are able to view is dependent on the plan that you are on. Please view our pricing page for more information on the different plans and which reports are included with each.

To gain access to all reporting, you can upgrade to the Pro plan from the ‘Billing’ section on your Settings screen at this link: This will open up access to all reports, but it is important to note that our Pro product is priced at $24 per mailbox per month before any discounts have been applied.

Note: upgrading during your trial does not obligate you to subscribe to the product you’ve activated during your trial.
