The Optimiser does not currently cater for shared mailboxes, however, if you are a member of a shared mailbox that receives an email, and that email is approaching SLA, the email will still appear in the "Emails approaching SLA" section of your Optimiser add-on when viewing the Optimiser in your personal mailbox.
