Lead Sources Report:

Avg. First Reply Time: The average time it takes for a sales representative to send the first reply to a new lead after receiving their email.

Handled rate: The percentage of leads that have been addressed or responded to by the sales team.

Avg. Reply Time: The average time taken by the sales team to reply to all emails from leads, not just the first one.

Within 1 hour: Percentage of leads that received a reply within 1 hour of their email.

Within 2 hours: Percentage of leads that received a reply within 2 hours of their email.

Within 4 hours: Percentage of leads that received a reply within 4 hours of their email.

Within 8 hours: Percentage of leads that received a reply within 8 hours of their email.

Without Any Reply: Percentage of leads that did not receive any reply from the sales team.

Closed Won: Number of leads that resulted in a successful sale or deal.

Avg. Touches per closed won: Average number of emails sent from the sales representative to the lead before the lead resulted in a successful sale.

Avg. time to closed won: Average time taken from the lead's first contact to when the sale was closed successfully.

Leads by Deal Stage Pie Chart: A visual representation of leads categorized by their current stage in the sales funnel.

Closed Won Revenue: Total revenue generated from all the leads that resulted in a successful sale.

Potential Revenue: The grand total of deal values, regardless of their probability of closing as won.

Projected Revenue: Forecasted revenue based on the current leads and their progression in the sales funnel.

Deals: Total number of deals or sales made.

Leads: Total number of leads or potential customers who have shown interest.

Avg. Touches per lead: Average number of emails sent from the sales representative to each lead, regardless of the outcome.

Avg. Nudges per lead: Average number of follow-up emails received by the sales representative from the lead, typically sent when the sales rep has not responded to a previous email.

Leads by Source Pie Chart: A visual representation of leads categorized by their source (e.g., email, website, referral, etc.).

Sales Rep Report:

Deals Total: The total number of deals or sales made by the sales representative.

Deals Avg Messages: Average number of messages or emails exchanged between the sales representative and leads for each deal.

Leads: Total number of potential customers or leads the sales representative has interacted with.

Touches: Total number of emails sent from the sales representative to leads.

Avg. touches per Lead: Average number of emails sent from the sales representative to each lead.

Avg. time between touches: Average time interval between emails sent by the sales representative to the same lead.

Nudges: Total number of follow-up emails received by the sales representative from leads, typically sent when the sales rep has not responded to a previous email.

Avg. nudges per Lead: Average number of follow-up emails received by the sales representative from each lead.

Avg. touches closed won: Average number of emails sent from the sales representative to leads that eventually resulted in a successful sale.

Closed Won: Total number of leads that the sales representative successfully converted into sales.

Closed Won (%): Percentage of leads that the sales representative successfully converted into sales, relative to the total number of leads they interacted with.

Avg. time to closed won: Average time taken from when the lead first contacted the sales representative to when the sale was closed successfully.

Revenue: Total revenue generated by the sales representative from all successful sales.

Avg. touches per lead per sales rep bar chart: A visual representation comparing the average number of emails sent from each sales representative to their respective leads. This chart helps in understanding the email activity of individual sales reps in relation to their leads.

Avg. nudges per lead per sales rep bar chart: A visual representation comparing the average number of follow-up emails received by each sales representative from their respective leads.
