Go to Add / Remove Agents in the dashboard and click on add agent or add another.
On the next page enter the agent or mailbox name, email address and choose IMAP under the type dropdown and click send invite.
A box will appear labeled IMAP details. Enter your host name, port number, encryption type, mailbox username and password, and click save credentials to add your mailbox to TTR.
*If you are having trouble adding your IMAP mailbox, please check with your mailbox provider that the details you are using are correct. If the details are correct, you may have a firewall that is preventing our system to connect to your mail server.
