How to deploy the timetoreply extension using a Microsoft 365 security group

Step 1: Create your Microsoft Security Group

1. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, navigate to Teams & Groups > Active teams and groups.
2. Open the Security groups page and click Add a security group.
3. On the Set up the basics page, enter a group name and description, then click Next.
4. On the Review and finish adding group page, click Create group and then Close

Step 2: Add users to the Security Group

1. In the Microsoft Entra admin center, navigate to Groups and select the newly created security group.
2. Click on View group members > Add members.
3. Search for and select the users who should have access to the timetoreply extension.
4. Click Add to confirm the selected users.

Step 3: Deploy the timetoreply Extension to the Security Group

1. Open a browser and go to the Microsoft AppSource store.
2. Search for timetoreply in the search bar.
3. Click on the timetoreply extension from the search results.
4. Click Get it now and sign in with your Microsoft administrator account if prompted.
5. On the installation screen, select Specific users/groups and search for the group created in step 1.
6. Click Deploy to confirm the installation.
