How do I create/edit an alert using Views?

To save an alert using views, begin by selecting the filters you wish to apply to your view. This includes "Show report for", "When communicating with" as well as the advanced filters.

Once you have configured your preferred settings, simply click on the "Save this view" button.

After clicking "Save this view," a pop-up will appear that you will then have to select "alert", this enables you to further customize how you want your scheduled report to be set up. This additional step allows you to refine and tailor your view according to your preferences.

To modify an alert, start by choosing "Load a view" and loading the specific view you want to edit. Once selected, the button "Save this view" will switch to "Update this view," allowing you to make the desired changes. You also have the option to save a view as a scheduled report, alert and Optimiser.

Make the necessary changes to the report filters and then select "Update this view", and on the following screen, select "save".

On the following screen, select the "alert" tab and make the necessary changes, and then select "save" to apply them to the view.
