If we only want to measure 1 shared mailbox, do we only pay for 1 license?
Getting started with timetoreply™ and understanding mailboxes
All timetoreply plans are billed based on a minimum number of mailboxes, regardless of how many you actively link.
Minimum Mailbox Requirements

Starter Plan – Minimum 10 mailboxes

Pro Plan – Minimum 10 mailboxes

Elite Plan – Minimum 10 mailboxes

Enterprise Plan – Minimum 50 mailboxes
This means your subscription fee covers 10 or 50 mailbox licenses (depending on your plan), which you can use at your discretion.
For example:
If you select the Pro Plan but only link 1 mailbox, your subscription will still be calculated based on the 10-mailbox minimum.
Shared Mailboxes & Team Members
How you link mailboxes depends on how your team handles email replies.
Scenario 1: Team Members Reply from Their Own Email Addresses
If a customer emails a shared mailbox and team members reply from their individual email addresses, you should link:

The shared mailbox

Each team member’s individual mailbox
This allows timetoreply to accurately track:

The performance of the shared mailbox

The performance of each individual team member
Scenario 2: Team Members Reply from the Shared Mailbox Only
If all replies are sent directly from the shared mailbox address itself, you only need to link the shared mailbox.
However, on the Starter, Pro, or Elite plans, you will still have up to 9 remaining mailbox licenses available. Linking individual team member mailboxes can provide more granular performance insights, even if they primarily operate from the shared address.
