Understanding scheduled reports.
Absolutely. This is what we do best. You’ll be able to configure your scheduled reports to be delivered daily, weekly, or monthly, to the specific people or teams you’d like to deliver reporting to. You’ll also have the flexibility to report on the company level (all mailboxes linked to our system), on a team level, group mailbox level, or individual team member level.
To set up your scheduled reports, go to Tools > Scheduled Reports > Add another or click the Actions button when viewing a report and select 'Save as scheduled report'. Please note that only users with Company Administrator access to the account will be able to set Scheduled Reports.
