Yes. How reply times are attributed depends on how your account is set up:

  • Send on behalf of a group/shared mailbox: The reply time is attributed to the individual who replies to the message received by the group/shared mailbox.

  • Reply as the group/shared mailbox: The reply time is attributed to the group/shared mailbox itself.
