My Optimizer is not showing important emails.

To enable your Optimizer to display important emails, you will need to set up the Optimizer in your views section. To do this, navigate to an existing view or create a new one, select the Optimizer option, choose the number of business hours within which you want to respond to an email, and make sure to save your changes.
