Optimizer loading error

Have you encountered an issue with your Optimizer showing a persistent loading button?

 
 

Please follow the steps below to try to resolve the issue.


  1. Ensure the old "Gmail Optimizer" is completely uninstalled.
  2. Uninstall and re-install the Chrome Optimizer.
  3. Open up work Gmail browser.
  4. Open up Chrome Optimizer and log in. If already logged in, log out and back in again.
