Re-authenticating an agent / mailbox.

How to Re-Authenticate a Mailbox

If a mailbox loses connection, you can quickly re-authenticate it from your account.

Steps to Re-Authenticate:

  1. Go to Entities (bottom left)

  2. Select Mailboxes

  3. Scroll to the affected mailbox

  4. Click Actions > Re-authenticate

The Re-authenticate option will only appear if the connection to that mailbox has been lost.

Important

If a mailbox disconnects, you will automatically receive an email notification so you can take action promptly.
