How to Re-Authenticate a Mailbox
If a mailbox loses its connection, you can quickly restore access by re-authenticating it from your account.
Steps to Re-Authenticate

Navigate to Entities (bottom left of the platform).

Select Mailboxes.

Locate the affected mailbox in the list.

Click Actions next to the mailbox.

Select Re-authenticate.
Important Notes

The Re-authenticate option will only appear if the mailbox connection has been lost.

Once re-authenticated, the mailbox will reconnect and resume normal operation.
If a mailbox becomes disconnected, you will automatically receive an email notification so you can take action as soon as possible.
