Re-authenticating an agent / mailbox.

In order to re-authenticate a mailbox, you can go to your name on the top right > Mailboxes, scroll down to the mailbox that requires re-authentication, and click on Actions > Re-authenticate. This option only becomes available if we lose connection to a mailbox.

Note: If we lose connection to any of your mailboxes we will notify you via email.
