Understanding the outlier filter
How does the Outlier Filter affect reply time calculations?
When the Outlier Filter is active, any email with a reply time longer than the threshold you’ve set will be excluded from your average reply time calculations.
Where to find the Outlier Filter

Navigate to: Your Name (bottom left) → Settings → Filters → Outliers
How to turn the filter on or off

Click the tick/checkmark at the bottom left of the Outlier Filter to enable or disable it.

Your reply time statistics will recalculate automatically when you turn the filter on or off.
