If you're seeing no data or all values are showing as "0," start by checking your advanced filters. Navigate to "Tools" > "Filters" and confirm that Whitelisting Mode is not enabled — when active, this mode only displays data for emails included in the whitelist.
Also, make sure that all of your mailboxes have been properly authenticated, as unauthenticated mailboxes can prevent data from being ingested or displayed.
Lastly, if a metric is showing as N/A, it typically means there isn’t any data available to calculate that metric. This can happen if there has been limited activity, recent setup, or insufficient interactions within the selected time range. Once more data is collected, those metrics should populate accordingly.
