If your conversation action buttons are missing, it’s likely due to incomplete extension setup. Please follow the steps below to verify your configuration:

Go to Tools in the timetoreply portal.

Navigate to Extension Setup.

Select the Individual tab.

Choose the mailbox in question.

Scroll to Conversation Actions and ensure the toggle is enabled.
If this setting is turned off, the extension buttons may not appear in your email client.
