How do I set up a Team?

Use Teams to group certain agents / mailboxes together to that you can view their aggregated statistics.

The Teams section allows you to group selected agents or mailboxes so you can view their performance data collectively.

For example, if you create Team 1 and assign Agent 1, Agent 10, and Agent 20, then filtering your reports by Teams > Team 1 will show data only for those three agents—both combined and individually, depending on the report you’re viewing.

Teams are not tied to specific group mailboxes. Instead, they include all email performance data for any agents or mailboxes assigned to that team.

How to Create a Team

  1. Navigate to Entities > Teams > Create a Team.

  2. Enter a name for your team and click Next.

  3. Search for the mailboxes or agents you want to include, then click on each one to add it to the team.

 

Note: you do not need to enter a shared mailbox address or aliases for the Teams section.
