My extension is not showing important emails.

Enabling the Extension to Display Important Emails

To enable your extension to highlight important emails, you’ll need to configure it within your Views settings. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to an existing view, or create a new one.

2. In the view settings, select the Extension option.

3. Choose the number of business hours within which you want to respond to an email.

4. Save your changes to apply the configuration.

Once completed, your extension will begin displaying important emails based on the response time you selected.
