Why am I not seeing any data?
Troubleshooting Missing or Zero Data
If you're seeing no data or all values appearing as “0,” try the following checks:
1. Review Your Advanced Filters
Go to Your Name (bottom left) > Settings > Filters and verify that Whitelisting Mode is not enabled.
When turned on, this mode restricts reporting to only the emails included in your whitelist, which can make data appear missing or incomplete.
2. Confirm Mailbox Authentication
Ensure that all of your mailboxes are fully authenticated.
Unauthenticated mailboxes cannot ingest or display data, which may result in missing or zero values across your reports.
3. Understanding “N/A” Metrics
If a metric shows as N/A, this usually indicates that there isn’t enough data to calculate that metric.
This can occur when:

Your account was recently set up
-
Activity has been limited
-
The selected time range contains minimal interactions
Once additional data is collected, these metrics will populate automatically.
