Why am I not seeing the 'Mark as Closed' option in my extension?
The most common reason the Mark as Closed button isn’t visible in your extension is that timetoreply cannot locate the message. This can happen in several scenarios:

The message is marked as spam and wasn’t ingested.

The message is a draft and wasn’t ingested.

It’s a legitimate message, but we haven’t ingested it yet.

The message is too old, so it wasn’t ingested.

There is an ingestion issue for the specific agent, preventing any messages from being ingested.
