Why can't I take action from my Outlook/Chrome extension?
If your conversation action buttons are missing, it’s likely due to incomplete extension setup. Please follow the steps below to verify your configuration:
1. In the timetoreply portal, click your name in the bottom-left corner.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Navigate to Extension Setup.
4. Open the Individual tab.
5. Choose the mailbox you want to configure.
6. Scroll down to Conversation Actions and ensure the toggle is turned on.
If this setting is turned off, the extension buttons may not appear in your email client.
